Drawer systems with three-way adjustment
MAGIC-PRO (HT Series) drawer systems are extremely comfortable, durable and quiet. It is a thin drawer system that can withstand up to 80,000 open-close cycles. One of the most favorite features of this drawer system is that it can be adjusted in 3 directions - up and down, left and right, and tilt angle. The last feature allows you to mount a facade panel of different weights and make the drawer work perfectly.
Hinges - gently closing, not rusting
Exclusively in the DTC product range, the PIVOT-STAR (C81 series) hinges are unique in their technical characteristics. The PIVOT-STAR is an innovative technology hinge characterized by its fast-adjustable soft-close design. The door closing speed can be adjusted to suit different door sizes and / or user preferences by turning the speed setting screw from “-” to ”+”. This speed-adjustability feature makes the PIVOT-STAR stand out from other hinges that only allow users to activate or deactivate the soft-close function. These hinges meet the highest standards and are suitable for even the most demanding customers. They are manufactured to withstand up to 100,000 cycles. These hinges can be fitted with doors weighing up to 35 kg and have an adjustable soft closing function. Thus, installing a heavier door on this hinge will still close gently, while lightweight will not increase the closing speed. The hinge is mounted on the plate by snap-on. Another interesting fact about this cabinet hinge is that it withstands even a 30 hour sour hydrochloric acid spray test. This is much more the market standard and ensures that the hinge does not rust.
Lift systems - Extremely smooth closing, easy and quick installation
New to the DTC range, they are extremely easy to install and convenient because of their high motion quality. Features smooth, effortless movement, gentle closure and locking in any position. DTC lift systems also feature 3 dimensions front adjustment, the ability to adjust opening and closing force requirements, and closing speed control. There are several power options for the lift systems, depending on the height and weight of the door to be mounted with the handle. Customers can choose their preferred lift system cover color.
