Stamping and profiling products
JSC „Joldija” manufactures prefabricated metal bed frames, other parts of bed frames, mechanisms and other metal products and structures. We can assemble the bed frames with different lifting systems - the dimensions, the color of the steel profiles and the rails can be customized to the individual needs of our customers. We use the highest quality and environmentally friendly materials. Metal bed frames are ideal for any type of mattress. We supply the complete bed frames packed in cardboard boxes. One tray holds 40 pieces of bed frames. Furniture manufacturers can combine one box of bed frame set with one ready made bed set and bring it to the store. The end user can easily install furniture and bed frame at home.
The company produces premium zig-zag springs. Zig-zag springs are classic spring systems for upholstered furniture, car seats and garden furniture. The standard system produces springs of different shapes and curves. New, fully automatic equipment is used. We use extremely high quality materials: our springs are made of special spring steel wire meeting the requirements of EN10270-1, with a strength of 1650-1850 N / mm. Certification guarantees quality throughout the entire manufacturing process and strict compliance to the required parameters.
The stamping lines available to JSC „Joldija” can produce a wide range of metal stamping details. We will help finding the right solution for the individual needs of furniture manufacturers. The available profiling equipment makes it possible to manufacture galvanized sheet metal in various lengths and shapes. The available presses have working tables of 1200x1000mm, which allows us to produce various shapes. 1-3mm galvanized sheet is used for production.
